6. Start a war with one of the best armed Nations on the Planet, then blame them for starting it. Tell them it is them, not you that is being unreasonable.
7. Sanction yourself, deny critical elements to your declining circle of friends. Most especially, chop off the arm of one of your purported friends, just to show you can do it.
